To keep you safe and make sure this class is right for you, please fill in a short health questionnaire first.

Step 3:

Book Your Class

Please do not book without completing the health form and receiving confirmation

If you've already completed the health form and received confirmation, you can now book your class here:

Only book once you've completed the PAR-Q form and been cleared.

Step 2:

Wait for Confirmation

Once we’ve reviewed your form, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to confirm if you're ready to book and send you the booking link.

If you're cleared, you’ll receive: -

  • A link to book your first class

  • Details on class times (live sessions)

  • A free resistance band & loop band posted to your home

What You'll Need

To take part in the chair workout, please have the following ready:

  • A sturdy chair (without wheels or arms, if possible)

  • A resistance band and loop band (we’ll post these to you once you’re registered — postage costs may apply)

  • If you don’t have light dumbbells: use two cans of baked beans or water bottles — make sure they’re equal in weight

  • A clear space around your chair and a bottle of water nearby

  • Comfortable clothes and a positive attitude!
